I made these muffins for the sweet and hard working ladies at my sons kindergarden as a small thank you for taking so good care of my boy.
They are super easy to make and are really yummy and packed with sweet bananas.

Ingredients
125 g of soft butter
125 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
2 eggs
125 g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 ripe bananas, mashed
80 g dark chocolate, chopped
Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
Whip butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add the eggs, one at a time.
Fold the flour into the mix and finally the mashed bananas and chopped chocolate.
Pour the dough into the muffin cups and bake for about. 20 min.
